Are these Africans in the French army betraying Africa?

Are these Africans in the French army betraying Africa?

What all of us Africans, from North to South, from East to West, must all understand is that France is not our friend. France is a sworn enemy of Africa because it wants to see a poor Africa where the population suffers and dies of hunger while the French savor unemployment bonuses when they have never made any effort to earn these bonuses aside from looting and stealing Africa...

As the French colonist De Gaulle put it: "States have no friends, they only have interests." And as any French-speaking African knows well, France represents the ultimate enemy of Africans on all fronts.

By relying on its weapons to threaten and control our leaders and by meddling in our elections and our internal governance, France is rotting the lives of Africans and depriving young Africans of any future. It imposes unbearable situations on us. Since Africa is less armed, France finds itself in a position to threaten to kill African leaders who oppose France for the well-being of their peoples and leaders who dare to open their countries to international competition, such as this was the case for Côte d'Ivoire.

France imposes the CFA Franc on us, a currency that makes any development impossible in African countries on which this currency is imposed. With the total absence of control over our own currency and over our monetary policies, African businesses have no opportunity to emerge; young entrepreneurs have no opportunity to access credit or invest and the job market is unable to provide sufficient opportunities to all Africans. Our leaders who wanted to create their own currencies were murdered (like Sylvanus Olympio) or their new currency sabotaged with engineered inflation (like the case of Guinea Conakry).

Because of France, blood keeps pouring out in Africa. Leaders who have done nothing other than to look after the interests of the African people have been assassinated like Thomas Sankara of Burkina Faso or jailed like Laurent Gbagbo of Côte d'Ivoire. Some countries struggle to find peace because they are still held back by France’s meddling. And because they cannot find peace, these countries have never had time to come out of the dark hole of misery in which they find themselves.

The list of crimes committed by France and which are still being committed by France have never ceased since the false independence. The most recent example, and which is still ongoing, is the French occupation of Mali, which France sees as a training ground and an opportunity to appropriate Malian resources. Despite repeated protests by Malians asking France to leave the Malian soil, France refuses because it thinks Mali is not armed enough to defend itself against France.

Today, the English speaking countries of Africa are developing. Yet despite these countries having experienced British colonization so well, most of them have no resentment against Great Britain. On the contrary, they cooperate with Great Britain and have the possibility of diversifying their economic partners according to their economic needs. These countries now relish full control over their currencies, monetary policies, natural resources and public contracts.

Francophone countries do not have these opportunities today because they are still suffocated and colonized by a France that refuses to let us breathe.

How then, despite all the suffering that France continues to subject us to, Africans, descendants of Africa, betray the African people and side with the French armed gang? You might say that these African descents have become French because they have French citizenship? This reasoning hardly matters. If these Africans fled Africa for France, it is because France has made their life in Africa impossible and continues to suffocate Africans. In addition, you will never see a Frenchman fully serving in an African army, unless he is a spy or has the intent to destabilize that African country.

Why then, descendants of Africa agree to help the French armed gang and sometimes shoot our own African brothers and sisters so that France can steal our destiny? How can we hate human beings as much as we are? How can we hate our Africa, our homeland so much? Have we already forgotten our African brothers, Senegalese brothers, who were savagely attacked and killed by France after these same Senegalese defended France against the Nazis? Do you remember Camp Thiaroye?

What all of us Africans, from North to South, from East to West, must all understand is that France is not our friend. France is a sworn enemy of Africa because it wants to see a poor Africa where the population suffers and dies of hunger while the French savor unemployment bonuses when they have never made any effort to earn these bonuses aside from looting and stealing Africa. As Africans, we have a patriotic obligation to help Africa create a strong army to defend itself from armed predators and robbers like France. It is unworthy for any African to join the French army. If we have to join an army, let's join the African army whatever the country where we are. We are one Africa against the enemy that is France.

Let us remember, if China today has become respected and no Western country dares to attack them, it is because China has a strong army. The same reasoning is valid for North Korea, Russia, Turkey, Japan, India, etc. If we therefore want to protect Africa and prosper, we must sacrifice ourselves for Africa, give our strength to Africa and not to our ultimate enemy, France, who will not hesitate to use these same forces, including African forces, to destabilize our countries and plunge us into misery.

Let’s be patriotic, and think Africa first.
