Whenever you solve a problem, check it off on your to-do list.
Sometimes you feel like you're below everything in the office: problems that pop up everywhere without you finding solutions, a career threatened by a colleague with long teeth, etc. In these cases, it helps to be positive. It's not always easy, but it is possible.
Don't wake up taking stock of the problems you will have to overcome during the day; think about the satisfaction that having to deal with these worries will give you. In this way, you will be less inclined to tell yourself that all is lost or that you can no longer do anything about it.
Once at the office, deal with one problem at a time so that your head is less full. This will protect you from the temptation to give it all up and go wild. Whenever you solve a problem, check it off on your to-do list.
Set aside moments of pleasure: listen to your favorite song, chat with a colleague, enjoy a moment of giggles, etc. All of this will help make your life in the office more optimistic.
