How to eliminate bad vaginal odor?Updated on March 05, 2021, Serigne Samba Ndiaye
Vaginal odor can be very discomforting especially when it takes you by surprise. Doctor Ndiaye from Senegal, Africa, shares important remedies for all women who would like to completely eliminate vaginal odor.
Lots of things, but we will tell you about two: first, sexually transmitted infections which often alter the natural odor of the vagina and second an imbalance in the acidity level of the vagina. You know that the vagina contains beneficial microorganisms because they fight against the harmful bacteria that infect it and at the same time eliminate bad odors.
How do you recognize this smell?
You know, when there is no problem the vagina has a natural smell that is not bothering. And when it smells like fish, then know that there is a problem and the smell becomes difficult to bear. In fact, a healthy vagina indicates a pleasant smell and good hygiene.
Who can help get rid of these bad smells?
Your doctor, your gynecologist, your traditional healer, why not? If it is due to reasons other than tight clothing or poor hygiene, there are measures you can take to combat this scourge. Many causes of vaginal odor have simple remedies that can help you get rid of it.
What should be done then?
You know, you can fall victim to these bad smells from STDs, from fellatio using soap to cleanse the vagina, etc. While you can wash the lips with water to keep them clean, the vagina cleans itself. Also, if the cause of your bad vaginal odor is a yeast infection, reduce your intake of foods that contain sugar, milk, or yeast. You can also consume apple cider vinegar after each of the three meals.
So the cause of this smell is from bacteria living around the crotch area. You can stop this smell by wearing cotton clothes, and avoiding synthetics. It will be useful for you to apply black seed oil to this part.
And then, to stay away from vaginal odor keep the clitoris from the white matter called “smegma.” You can prevent the buildup of “smegma” near the clitoris by flushing the area with warm water.
Avoid vaginal deodorants which are sometimes harmful as they can upset the healthy and normal balance of bacteria in the vaginal cavity. Deodorants can also disturb the pH of the vagina. Unpleasant odors can be a sign of a potentially serious medical condition, and sprays and deodorants can hide this condition.
And for healthy vaginal environment, stop using harsh chemicals. Many products are marketed to stop vaginal odor, but in reality they can actually help with vaginal discomfort. Avoid using bath gels, soaps, creams, laundry detergents, and other products near the vaginal area.
Finally, avoid wearing synthetic underwear for a long time and prefer cotton underwear which alone allows free circulation of air.
What natural remedy do you offer your loyal readers?
In vaginal bath, three tablespoons of white vinegar in one liter of water is sufficient. In decoction, the bark of Acacia adenosine combined with that of “Anogeissus leiocarpus” are remarkably effective. Drink half a glass morning and evening.
