How to lose weight in three days?

Please note that this article does not apply to people who have accumulated a significant overweight.

If you have 1 to 3 pounds to lose, this diet can work a miracle. When you only have three days to tuck into your wedding dress or prep your body for the beach, following this diet method can help you shed those extra pounds.

First day:

Breakfast: a hot drink, a piece of fruit, a toast with a teaspoon of low fat.
Lunch: 100 grams of lean meat, 150 grams of steamed vegetable, one piece of fruit.
Dinner: 150 grams of fish, a slice of toast, herbal tea.
Drink a lot of water.

Second day:

Breakfast: a hot drink, a piece of fruit, a toast with a teaspoon of reduced fat (margarine).
Lunch: spread 50 grams of 0% cottage cheese on Swedish bread.
Dinner: 200 grams of lean meat, 150 grams of steamed vegetables.
Drink a lot of water.

Third day:

Breakfast: a hot drink, a piece of fruit, Swedish bread with a teaspoon of low fat.
Lunch: a slice of toast, a hot drink, a hard-boiled egg, a piece of fruit.
Dinner: 150 grams of fish, 150 grams of steamed vegetable, one piece of fruit.
Drink a lot of water.
