It is for this reason that for women it is so important to take care of their appearance. As a woman gets older, she feels the flame of beauty dying out, which sometimes hurts her.

We also have more freedom because we have more free time to help others and we are more attentive. Also, one should be grateful for having lived all this time and still being alive.
It is also absolutely necessary to realize that there are many things that you can still do or achieve despite your advanced age. There is no need to put up barriers: continuing to live and do things as before is essential. No matter how old you are, this is still the time to make your dreams come true. It is idleness that makes old age feel more strongly as a burden. So you have to get rid of it and get active, play sports, take care of yourself, your lifestyle and your diet.
The fight against procrastination, that is, the idea of procrastinating what you want to do, is one of the solutions offered to come to terms with your age. We have to tell ourselves that life does not stop when we are old and that the time that we have left should be used.
